How to Plan your Event:
In this article a high-level overview of the basic steps you'll need to follow when developing an business matchmaking event. We don't identify all of the details you'll need to think about (since much of it will depend on the type of event you are holding), but we hope the following provides a starting point for your event planning.
Here is an example of what goes into planning an international deal-making event. In this case, pre announcements can start six months before the event take place. In the main, the invitation to register starts three months before the event. Setting up your event through Pitch and Match only takes about one hour, but building up your attendee list needs to be done as early as possible.
